"After spending countless hours online and on the phone without any success to purchase a homeowner's insurance before our upcoming closing date, I decided stop by Pete and team's office, purely by luck. "Pete came in and saved the day! I recently bought a new home and right away, before I even moved in, the ink isn't even dry in the mortgage, and my progressive insurance people through homesite come in for a roof inspection then turn around and instantly begin the process of canceling my insurance policy stating the roof needs immediately needs replacing in order to keep my insurance. It took them a month to provide me with their insurance report and notify me of the pending cancelation. They tell me this the day before Thanksgiving!? Anyway, I had two independent inspections from licensed roofers, both of which confirming that there is nothing wrong with my roof. In the end, instead of trying to fight with Homesite and beg them to keep me as an insurance customer, I decided to cancel all of my policies with progressive and move everything over to State Farm. In terms of getting all of my data together for the new policy and understanding what the process was and... we explaining everything means etc, Niki was a truly fantastic and I'm glad she was on Pete's team to help! Thank you Niki and Pete. I'm thrilled to be joining your network and working together for years to come."
